This webpage was originally created on April 7, 2001, in the aftermath of the post-baketball riots at Purdue University. It was meant to offer a critical reflection on the hyper-reactions by the university administration and the campus police against the students suspected of involvement in the rioting. As this webpage got more exposure and responses from some students who were threatened to be expelled, I reorganized the page to better accommodate the changing nature of the situation. The site was last changed on April 16, 2001, when it had received more than 1,000 hits.
